Huizhou and Dongguan, the two Guangdong cities applied to host theme forum at World Expo Shanghai 2010, discussed their participation theme and plan with CCPIT Guangdong Sub Council, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the provincial departments of urban and rural construction and transportation on August 11.

Mr. Bai Mingshao, Vice Director of CCPIT Guangdong Sub Council had an overall brief on Guangdong's preparation for the Expo so far and introduced the latest Expo arrangement and requirement about the forums.

The representatives of the two cities promised to polish their forum plan in line with the Expo requirements.
